Our crew consists of a personal trainer, a nutritionist, and a chef from Vancouver, Canada. We’ve crafted a 3 week fail-proof challenge that incorporates an attainable and sustainable approach to eating right and getting tight. We’ll provide built in nutritional support, lead you through challenging workouts, and feed you nutrient rich meals afterwards. You’ll have someone by your side to hold you accountable, keep you motivated, and set you up to start living the ultimate Tight Life.

Keighty

Keighty Gallagher is the original tight babe and the driving (sweaty) force behind Tight Club Athletics. Her entire jam is to help you bridge the gap between seeing the need to exercise and actually enjoying it, because you don’t have to be a jock to be tight!

Keighty has a Bachelors of Science under her belt from Portland State University and her ACE Personal Training Certification, which means that she can explain how plyometrics can change your life. But more than that, Keighty is a creative thinker who is constantly searching for clever ways to keep fitness friendly, fun, and sweaty for your enjoyment.

 

Carley Mendes

Carley Mendes is the mastermind behind the Keep It Real Food Program. It’s simple: Eat real food. Carley is a registered holistic Nutritionist who is pumped about helping you find out exactly what makes you feel your best. Don’t worry, she won’t make you to give up all chocolatey goodness until the end time, but she will help you discover an achievable healthy balance that you can actually stick with.

 

 

Christina Culver

Christina Culver is the Creator of Culver City Salads and is dedicated to making all of your salad dreams come true. Ok, maybe you don’t dream about salads, but after munching on 550 grams of deliciousness after a workout with Keighty, you’ll see what the fuss is about. Christina is a careful curator of taste and nutrition so you don’t have to think about it, just eat it.
